A Guide To Reports Available To You

You have access to a variety of reports as a Community Administrator.  These can help you understand and manage your volunteer workforce.  Reports can be accessed in two ways.

• Visiting Administration -> My Reports
  (Note:  Not all reports are available in this view)
  
• Administration -> Volunteer Management -> Query Tool
  

Reports Available

Active Volunteer Positions	Lists the positions a volunteer currently holds in your Community.  You can also use this to see people who used to have positions but no longer.	Yes	Yes
Active Volunteers	Lists all of your Active Volunteers and their Contact Information	Yes	Yes
All Logged In Users	Allows you to see which of your volunteers have logged in to Community Hub and which ones haven't	No	Yes
Birthday Report	Lists active volunteers with birthdays in a selected month	Yes	Yes
Birthdays	Lists all birthdays for all volunteers in your Community - You can use this if you want to send out an email to your volunteers who have a birthday wishing them a happy birthday!	No	Yes
Calendar Schedule Sign In Sheet	Sign in sheet for a range of dates for one or more program areas	Yes	Yes
Calendar Shifts that Need Volunteers	List of shifts in your community that haven't yet met their minimum number of volunteers	Yes	Yes
Community Account Activation Detail (SC and Board)	Lists your Steering Committee and Board Members, and how many of them have activated their Community Hub Accounts	Yes	Yes
Emergency Contact Information	Lists emergency contact information for volunteers who have completed that section of their volunteer profile	Yes	Yes
My Hours Report	Lists the number of volunteer hours you have completed - Your General Volunteers can also see this report for themselves!	Yes	Yes
